Web App
This is a mobile web app, combining the best features of a mobile website and a native app. These instructions are designed to help you take advantage of all the features the app contains.

Memory Usage
Because this is a web app, it does NOT hog memory. The only memory used is to store the home screen icon - virtually none. Therefore, there is never a need to remove the app if device memory gets low. Find some native apps you are not using and delete them instead.

Save to Home Screen
Save the icon to your home screen for easy access. Each device is different, so please review your user's manual if you don't know how to do this. Most devices have an option in the menu to 'save to home screen' or similar wording. In rare cases, you may have to bookmark it in your browser first.

Features
This app utilizes the phone's capabilities, such as tap-to-call, tap-to-email, texting, GPS, and so on, which a normal website - viewed on a phone - does not have.

Displays on ALL Devices
This app will display on a phone, tablet, and even a laptop or desktop. Phone-only features will not work on tablets and computers.

VIP List / Loyalty Rewards
If the VIP List (may have another name) and/or loyalty rewards have been enabled by the business owner, your opt-in is voluntary and not required to purchase goods or servces. However, it is usually in your best interest to sign up because of the specials and discounts you receive that will save you money.

There are (3) ways you can interact with the business: receive emails from them, receive text messages from them, and check in using the digital loyalty rewards 'card.' You may choose one, two, or all three of the methods, and you may unsubscribe from them at any time.

Refer / Share with Others
When used on a phone, you may 'share' or 'refer' to other people via text message or email. If you choose the text option, you can easily share with anyone in your Contact list. The link will be pre-populated in your message. You may append your own message before or after the pre-populated portion, but you should be careful not to modify or delete the link.

The email will also be pre-populated with the link, including some html (code). Again, you may add your own message but be careful not to delete anything between the 'less than' sign and 'greater than' sign in the message.

vCard
A vCard contains contact information (name, phone numbers, address, etc) that when downloaded, is added to the Contact list in the device. This information remains in the Contact list even if the app is removed from the phone.

QR Codes
Some businesses may choose to utilize the square symbol that looks like a maze. This is a QR (Quick Response) code that you can scan with your phone using a free barcode scanner app. It is quicker than typing in an address. You can get a scanner app from the Apple store or Google Play store.
